Coaching Relationship

  • Regular attendance and active participation are expected

  • Coaching outcomes cannot be guaranteed

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due according to the agreed-upon schedule

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

  • Late payment may result in suspension of services

  • Payment methods and processing are handled through secure third-party providers

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • 24-hour notice required for session cancellations or rescheduling

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee

  • Emergency situations are handled on a case-by-case basis

  • Package sessions expire according to the agreed timeline

Confidentiality and Privacy

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, subject to the exceptions outlined in our Privacy Policy and professional ethical guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • TRANSCEND tabu, LLC and Seimei Hanayama are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services

  • We do not guarantee specific results from coaching services

  • Clients assume full responsibility for their decisions and actions

Professional Boundaries

Scope of Services

Our services do NOT include:

  • Mental health counseling or therapy

  • Medical advice or treatment

  • Legal or financial advice

  • Emergency crisis intervention

Referrals

When client needs exceed our scope of practice, appropriate referrals will be provided to qualified professionals.

Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Client needs exceed our scope of practice

  • Professional boundaries are violated

  • Payment obligations are not met

  • Continued services would not be beneficial

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through:

  1. Good faith discussion between parties

  2. Mediation if direct discussion is unsuccessful

  3. Binding arbitration as a final resort

All proceedings will be conducted in Fort Wayne, Indiana, under Indiana state law.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
